Spock Misses The Point

This one wasn’t talkative.  I tried, but he just kinda mumbled a few words here and there.  He did have an accent though.  At first I thought it was Scottish, but then decided it wasn’t.  I don’t know.  All I know is he knows the innerwest well, because he lives there.  Yeah, that’s about it.  Nothing exciting.  Still I gave a tip and wished him a good night.
