Shooter’s Block
Published by Wing March 16th, 2006 in Everything, PhotographyI had six exposures left in that roll. It took me over a month to shoot them. What a grind that was. It was a bit of a vicious circle. The longer I went without taking a shot, the more frustrated I got and the more I wanted the next shot to count. That pressure then made me more precious about when to click, so the longer I would go without taking a shot, and so on, and so on. All that on top of the nerve testing nature of street photography.
This is probably the only real keeper from that roll.
I’m giving the clacky SLR a rest, although I did enjoy the weight and the manual control. Going small and brainless with the XA2 again. Just for a change. We’ll see what happens.
